용도 및 특징
이 선반은 본 공장에서 완제품 피스톤 링, 원추면 링, 통면 링 도금 전에 표면이 매끄럽고 인접한 가장자리의 모퉁이가 깨끗하며 연마의 품질의 좋고 나쁨이 도금 표면의 품질에 직접적인 영향을 미치도록 설계한 것이다.국내의 기존 피스톤 링 가공 설비는 대부분 유연하게 다듬어지지 않았고, 클립을 장착한 후 전체 통 고리의 중심 편차, 즉 코어 막대가 구부러지는 등의 원인으로 피스톤 고리의 표면 품질에 직접적인 영향을 미친다.이 선반의 가장 큰 특징은 유연성 장치를 사용하여 피스톤 링 표면에 압력을 균일하게 받고, 적응성이 넓으며, 크고 작은 고리를 전능하게 가공할 수 있도록 보장하는 것이며, 칼을 가는 속도와 이동 속도는 각각 서보 모터와 수치 제어 제어이다.조작이 간단하고 안전하며 믿음직하며 동체 중부에 1열 1관 2버튼 (수동 시 전기상자에서 동작을 완성) 을 설정하여 가공할 때 보호막이 있다.
