1.주전동 구조: 주전은 교류 주파수 벡터 제어를 사용하고, 열주와 코팅 그물무늬 롤러, 그물무늬 속도는 속도를 조절할 수 있다.

2.재료 방출 기구: 1, 2조의 재료 방출은 광전 변두리 이중 재료 방출 장치를 사용하고, 볼륨 방출은 수동 장력으로 제어하며, 복합막 재료 방출은 광전 변두리 자기 분말 장력으로 제어한다.

3.고무칠기구: 그물무늬롤러는 스크레이퍼를 통해 스크래치량을 진행하는데 고무량의 두께와 얇은 스크레이퍼는 임의로 조절할수 있으며 고무롤러는 이중실린더승압을 채용하여 압력을 임의로 조절할수 있으며 정지도교를 배치하면 자동적으로 상승할수 있다.

4.건조기 내 기구: 건조기 온도 4단은 온도 제어기만 제어할 수 있다.
